Legacy on the Lake is a 31-story residential tower with 184 luxury units overlooking Town Lake and downtown Austin. Constructed with a tunnelform cast in place concrete frame, the 419,000 SF tower is Austin’s first LEED Certified residential tower. A nine story pre-cast parking garage provides 302 parking spaces for the residents. Developed by Legacy Partners Residential, the project was completed in 2008.
